General Description

The CN318 is a low power high accuracy battery monitor with fixed 5.5% hysteresis, and is specially designed for monitoring multi-cell Lithium-ion, LiFePO4, LTO and Sodium-ion batteries.

If the monitored voltage is lower than the falling threshold, open drain output  pin becomes low; If the monitored voltage is higher than the rising threshold,  pin becomes high after a delay of tD (15ms min.).

The CN318 adopts fixed 5.5% hysteresis with respect to falling threshold, which eliminates the output chatter sometimes associated with battery voltage monitors, usually due to input voltage noise or battery terminal voltage recovery after load removal.

The device is available in 5 pin SOT23 package (SOT23-5).
